Return Policy
Lavqorin supports a customer-friendly 30-day return window. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your package.
To qualify for returns, items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and must include all original tags and packaging. Due to global hygiene standards, intimate clothing, swimwear and clearance final-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for personal-preference returns, such as wrong size or style dissatisfaction. We will cover return costs and provide full refunds or free replacements for items with manufacturing defects, shipping errors or quality issues.
